What is ADHD?

ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder involves navigating a unique interplay of thoughts and energy. It is a neuro developmental disorder that effects the structure and function of the brain which can put women at a disadvantage functioning in a neurotypical world.

We offer, comprehensive ADHD assessments, adhering to best practice standards, which are facilitated by a registered and experienced Psychologist. Conducted through Video Telehealth, our assessments provide detailed outcome reports, including recommendations and screening for co-occurring mental health difficulties.

Déanne Francis - Psychologist

Déanne is the driving force behind NeuroFlourish Psychology and is passionate about helping women with ADHD. Déanne is a registered Psychologist as well a Social Worker and ADHD Coach. She has worked extensively with Children with Developmental delays, couples counselling, as a Circle of Security Facilitator and in Private Practice.

Déanne has two boys 21 and 24 both of whom are neurodiverse. She lives in the country in Western Australia with her oldest son, dog, cat, chickens and sheep. Déanne loves spending her spare time with her gorgeous partner, friends and her garden.

At 52 Déanne was diagnosed with ADHD ….  

"Finding out that my brain wasn't broken, that I was ADHD, changed my whole life. I was trying to live as a neurotypical woman with an ADHD wired brain, it doesn't work. I am now on a mission to help other amazing ADHD women understand their brains and what works best for them".
